TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Welcome to Revolutionary Leadership. These Terms of Service (”Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Revolutionary Leadership publication on Substack and related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Publication”). The Publication is operated by Kerry Mitchell Brown, LLC, doing business as Revolutionary Leadership (”we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or subscribing to the Publication, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or access the Publication.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, Substack’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your use of the Substack platform. Where these Terms conflict with Substack’s platform terms, Substack’s terms govern the platform relationship and these Terms govern the Publication-specific relationship between you and us.

1. ABOUT THE PUBLICATION

Revolutionary Leadership is a publication that delivers writing, research summaries, podcast content, newsletters, and related materials through Substack. Content is published for a general audience of readers interested in leadership, organizational practice, and related topics. 2. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND TIERS

The Publication offers the following subscription tiers:

Free tier (The Movement): Access to public posts. No cost. You may subscribe or unsubscribe at any time.

Paid tier (The Blueprint Circle): Access to all public posts plus paid-only content. Available at published rates ($8 per month, $80 per year, or $120 one-time founding member rate). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Founding membership: A limited tier capped at 100 total members, available at $120 for lifetime access. Once 100 founding memberships have been claimed, the tier closes permanently and is not reopened. Founding members receive lifetime access to paid content without further payment. Founding members may opt in to being acknowledged by name in the published book Revolutionary Leadership: A Power Playbook for Black Women, subject to publisher print deadlines and confirmation of exact name spelling.

3. PAYMENT, RENEWAL, AND REFUNDS

Payments are processed through Stripe, Substack’s payment processor. By subscribing at any paid tier, you authorize the applicable recurring charges (monthly or annually) to the payment method on file until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. We may grant refunds at our discretion for technical errors, accidental duplicate charges, or other circumstances we deem appropriate. To request a refund, contact DrKerry@RevolutionaryLead.com within 14 days of the charge.

Founding memberships: Founding memberships are a one-time, lifetime purchase and are non-refundable after purchase except in the case of technical error.

Price changes: We may change subscription prices for future renewals. Existing subscribers will receive notice of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect. Founding members are exempt from all future price increases; their $120 lifetime rate is honored indefinitely.

4. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content published through the Publication — including written posts, research summaries, frameworks, podcast episodes, newsletters, images, graphics, and downloadable resources — is the intellectual property of Kerry Mitchell Brown, LLC and Dr. Kerry Mitchell Brown, unless otherwise attributed. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and read the content for your own personal and professional use. This license does not include the right to:

— Republish, redistribute, or repost content (in whole or in part) on any other platform, website, newsletter, or publication, whether free or paid; — Use the content to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence models, machine learning systems, or large language models, whether commercial or non-commercial; — Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract content through automated means; — Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription to another person; — Remove or alter any copyright notices, bylines, or attribution; — Use the content for commercial purposes beyond your own professional use without written permission.

By subscribing and participating in the Publication (including comments, chat, and other interactive features), you agree that you will not:

— Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful; — Share personal information about other subscribers, contributors, or third parties without consent; — Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; — Engage in spam, promotional solicitation, or off-topic commercial activity; — Disrupt the community, including through coordinated harassment or bad-faith engagement; — Attempt to access paid content without a valid paid subscription.

We reserve the right to remove content, revoke access, cancel subscriptions (with prorated refund where appropriate), and ban users who violate these standards, at our sole discretion.

6. NATURE OF CONTENT

The Publication is published writing, commentary, and research summary for a general audience. It is not individualized consulting, coaching, legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. Readers are responsible for how they apply the ideas discussed to their own circumstances and should consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to their situations.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND LINKS

The Publication operates on Substack’s platform, and certain content is distributed through third-party podcast platforms (including but not limited to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and Castbox). Your use of Substack is governed by Substack’s own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Your use of any third-party podcast or distribution platform is governed by that platform’s own terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms.

8. TERMINATION

You may terminate your relationship with the Publication at any time by unsubscribing through your Substack account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms, for any lawful business reason, or if we discontinue the Publication. In the event we discontinue the Publication, active paid subscribers will receive prorated refunds for unused subscription periods. Founding members whose lifetime access is terminated due to Publication discontinuation will receive a pro-rata refund calculated against a reasonable estimated lifetime value at our discretion.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

The Publication and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Publication will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for content delivery failures caused by Substack, email providers, internet service providers, or other third parties outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to any subscriber or user for any claim arising out of or related to the Publication is limited to the amount that subscriber has paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify subscribers by email or through an announcement in the Publication at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Publication after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cancel your subscription.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Publication shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Where our operations in Florida are relevant to a dispute, venue may alternatively be proper in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, at our election.

Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us in good faith at DrKerry@RevolutionaryLead.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of at least 30 days.

12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with Substack’s platform Terms of Use, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Publication and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
